Board of Directors
Maryland & Virginia is governed by a board of directors. There are 15 member board seats, with three directors representing each of the cooperative's five districts.
There is also one public director, which is an appointed position and serves to provide and outside business perspective. Maryland & Virginia's Board of Directors provides leadership,
sets policy and supplies direction to ensure a successful member-owned cooperative.
