


Leadership Council

The election process has been completed for the newly created Leadership Council. Each of the five districts is represented by 21 members who were nominated and elected by their fellow members. Council members were assigned a three-, two-, or one-year term based upon number of votes.

The Council will meet with the management and Board of Directors twice a year, once in January and once in July, and will receive updates on the co-ops operations. The role of the Leadership Council is to advise the Board and management and to report important information back to fellow Maryland & Virginia members.
The first Leadership Council meetings will be Tuesday, January 26 in Gettysburg, Pa. and Thursday, January 28 in Asheville, N.C. Both meetings will contain the same information and Council members are encouraged to attend the meeting that is more convenient for them.
Travel Expense Report Form
Maryland & Virginia reimburses travel expenses and provides lodging and meals throughout the meeting.
