Young Cooperator Program
Education, leadership and fellowship are the goals of Maryland & Virginia's Young Cooperator (YC) Program.
Members (and sons, daughters and employees of members) between the ages of 18 and 40 are encouraged to participate.
Through an annual YC conference, optional contest, "Summer Break" and YC
newsletter, the YC Program helps create young,
knowledgeable and articulate leaders for the future of Maryland & Virginia.

The Young Cooperator Conference features open discussion forums with top cooperative leaders, motivational speakers, interactive presentations, and tours.

Each year the summer break provides our busy YCs and their families a relaxing weekend away from the farm and fields for educational tours, fun and fellowship.
