Maryland & Virginia will hold its 2020 Fall District Meetings in a virtual format without in-person gatherings.
The meetings will take place over three days. District 1 will have a meeting on October 20, District 2 will have a meeting on October 21 and District 3 will have a meeting on October 22. If you are unable to participate in your District’s given meeting, you may attend one of the other meetings.
Meetings will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Members can participate by computer, phone, smartphone, or tablet. Members must register in advance, and once registered, members will receive call-in and/or login instructions for the meeting. Click on the links below to register for the meeting you wish to attend.
Given the virtual meeting format, the Board of Directors has provided alternative ways for members to submit nominations for the Board of Directors and the Leadership Council.
Members can submit nominations by mail, via online form, or live during the virtual meeting. Use the links below to download a mail-in nomination form, or click on the link to submit your nominations via online form.
